Ch 8Damian woke the next morning, tears pooling on his pillow. He wiped his cheeks and went about getting ready for the day.  
 Throughout the house, everyone was rousing themselves. Everyone, except for the toughly hung over Salum, than is. But Disco made sure that didn’t last much longer. He snuck into Salum’s room, and poured a glass of ice down his pants.  
 Salum woke with a start, “God damn D, what do you think you’re doing?”   “Waking your hung over ass up. You have work today, get…up!” Disco stomped out of the room, and started for school.   Salum flopped back Ch 8

Ch 7Damian finally came home around 10:30, only to find disco asleep on the couch. The muted television emitted a soft glow on the room. Damian flipped of the television and gazed down at his brothers sleeping form. Damian brushed a few strands of hair out of his brother’s face before planting a kiss on his forehead and pulling a blanket to cover him.  
 Damian stumbled to his bedroom, stubbing his toe on his bed frame.  Swearing as he fell onto his mattress and pulling the string on his bed side lamp. After examining his throbbing toe, he shed his shirt and pants, preferring to sleep in boxers. But as he laid his head up Ch 7

Chapter 6Disco left after Jada unlocked her front door and went inside. He stopped smiling and began shuffling down the street.  
“Why,” he thought to himself, “why did she have to go and get engaged? Especially to Aden!  She’s so much better than that; than him. Does she really want to be tied down to him like this her senior year? Of course she does, otherwise she wouldn’t have said yes.”  Disco stayed lost in thought all the way home, and it wasn’t until he was standing at his front door did he notice he was crying. Wiping his tears, he unlocked his front door and entered his vacant home. Damia Chapter 6
